BANANA NUT BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed (3 lg.)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nut meats

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk

Mix sugar, cream, butter and eggs. Add bananas and vanilla; beat 30 seconds. Beat in dry ingredients, 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

ICING: Heat butter until brown; remove and beat in sugar. Add vanilla and milk until smooth. Spread on cool cake. Store in refrigerator.
