Measure and mix:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 c. flat beer
2 tsp. season salt (Lawry's)
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Add egg whites to mixture and beat together. Dip product into batter and deep fry.
