CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
4 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. whole button mushrooms

1 1/2 c. shredded, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. meat stock or water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. cold water

Cook until slightly thickened and clear. Serve hot over hot chow mein noodles. Makes 4 servings.
