CALIFORNIA CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. minced onion
2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped cashew nuts
2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
2 cans (4 oz.) chow mein noodles
Dash of paprika

Pour soup in a bowl. Add the water gradually, stirring until smooth paste is formed. Stir in onions, celery, nuts, chicken and 1 can of noodles. Pour in a well greased casserole. Sprinkle the remaining can of noodles over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with tossed salad.
