4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen spinach
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sharp cheddar (grated)
To taste may add more: 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1/2 tsp. ground mustard 1 tsp. powdered garlic
