BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. yogurt, non fat or vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients, blend well with butter mixture. Add bananas, yogurt and chocolate chips. Stir well. Makes 1 loaf or 4 small loaf pans. Very moist. Bakes best in small pans. Spray with Baker's Joy or grease and flour pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
