BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour. Stir well. Add eggs. Mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until firm and golden brown (about 40 minutes). Let stand.
