PECAN CRESCENTS | |
1/2 lb. butter 2 c. flour 2 c. pecans, chopped 5 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. water 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and water. Sift flour and salt and stir into creamed mixture. Add pecans and mix using portions the size of small walnuts. Roll into crescent shaped cookies. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes. while warm roll in powdered sugar. |
