1/2 c. oil
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
1 c. dry oatmeal
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend together and drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 370 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields: Approximately 46 cookies.

Variations: Chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, or coconut.
