KAY'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and cooled
12 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage links, cooked (optional and garnish)

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on bottom. Mix sour cream and spices and drizzle 1/2 over cheese. Beat eggs and add sausage. Pour on next. Drizzle rest of sour cream. Top with remaining cheese. If you like, you can use sausage links to garnish casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 12.
