QUICK BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread
1 lb. bulk or link sausage
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
6 eggs
2 c.milk

Tear up bread sliced and place pieces in greased baking dish 13x9x2 inch. Brown the sausage and drain off fat and spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. The cheese will rise to top during baking.

(This can easily be prepared the night before, covered and refrigerated and cooked the next morning) Suitable for freezing.
