QUICK BREAKFAST PUFFS | |
2 eggs 1 scant c. milk 1 tbsp. melted shortening 1 1/2 c. flour 3 level tsp. baking powder 1/2 level tsp. salt Beat the eggs very thoroughly and add milk and shortening. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder twice; add the liquid ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Pour into hot, well greased muffin pans and bake 20 minutes in hot oven. |
