“BELLE'S GRANOLA OATMEAL BREAKFAST” IS IN:

BELLE'S GRANOLA OATMEAL
BREAKFAST
 
3 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar or honey (or to taste)
2 cups rolled oats (quick cooking)
1/2 cup Craisins or raisins or a combination of both
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts or Macadamia

Combine milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan and stir together. Heat for 1-2 minutes and add oats, Craisins, raisins and nuts, stirring constantly for several minutes.

Serve.

Variation: Add 1-2 very ripe mashed bananas; cook with oatmeal.

Note: If oatmeal is too thick, thin with additional milk or water to desired consistency.
