CASSEROLE BREAKFAST 
6 slices white bread, crust trimmed
1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. link sausage, browned (cut in 1/3's)
10 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. mustard
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped

Put bread in bottom of greased pan. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Put browned sausage over cheese. Mix together beaten eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour liquid over the above. Sprinkle with onion and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
