BANANA CHIPS | |
3 med. firm ripe bananas 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Spray wire rack with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Slice bananas 1/8 inch thick. In medium bowl, combine bananas and lemon juice. Place banana slices, not touching, in single layer on prepared rack. Set rack on baking sheet. 3. Bake 2-3 hours, until golden and firm. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes, or until cooled. 4. Using a spatula, carefully lift chips off rack. Store in airtight container or sealable plastic bag. Makes 8 servings. |
