CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
Pinch salt
1 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put into bowl flour, soda, cocoa, sugar and salt; mix well. Add water and mayonnaise. Bake in cake pan 30-40 minutes. Cover with French Cream Icing when cool.

FRENCH CREAM ICING:

1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter. Add powdered sugar and egg. Mix well. Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
