1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into prepared pans or Bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes or until cake springs back. Cool. Frost if desired with whipped cream.
