1 c. sugar
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. warm water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. milk or cup of coffee
