POPPYSEED BREAD 
Bread:

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. poppyseed
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Glaze:

1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar

Mix all bread ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into 3 small or 2 regular size, greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350°F or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Pour glaze over bread while in pans.

Makes 3 small or 2 regular sized loaves.
