HAM AND SWISS PIE 
2 c. fully cooked smoked ham, cut up
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Grease 10 inch deep pie plate. Sprinkle in ham, cheese, and onion in to pie plate. Beat eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown and knife comes out clean (35-40 minutes).

VARIATION: Cheddar cheese may be used instead of Swiss.
