BROWN RICE WITH ZUCCHINI 
1/4 c. Butter Buds
2 zucchini, sliced
3 c. chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
Pepper to taste
1/3 c. Molly McButter (optional) (cheese flavor)

Place Butter Buds and zucchini in saucepan and cook over medium heat, about 3 minutes, until zucchini begins to soften. Transfer to a bowl. Place broth and onion in saucepan; cook until tender (about 6 minutes). Add rice and cover; cook until liquid is absorbed, about 40 minutes. Season with pepper. Add zucchini and cheese flavor; mix well. 2 servings.
