BROCCOLI-CORN SCALLOP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 c. crushed wheat crackers
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli according to package; drain. Spread over the bottom of a 10 x 6 baking dish.

In a mixing bowl combine eggs, 1/2 cup crushed crackers, milk, and onion. Stir in cream-style and whole kernel corn; spread over broccoli.

For topping, combine remaining crushed crackers and butter; sprinkle on top of corn mixture. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven about 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
