SCALLOPED BROCCOLI 
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
2 hard boiled eggs
8 oz. Cheddar cheese

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk
Salt

Put cooked broccoli in bottom of casserole. Cover with eggs (grated). Then cover with grated cheese. Next add the white sauce.

CRACKER CRUMBS
1/4 stick butter
8 to 9 single crackers (crushed fine)
