CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. chocolate or vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 oz. sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 eggs

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press in bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla until well blended. Blend in chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour over crust. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Run knife around edge of pan immediately to loosen. Cool before removing rim. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and or chocolate topping. Serves 10.
