ROAST LEG OF LAMB 
1 lg. of lamb

Place on rack in roasting pan. Roast uncovered slow at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Drain drippings.

Combine: 1/4 c. vinegar 1 crushed clove garlic 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)

Pour over lamb roast. Add 30 minutes. Basting with jelly mixture frequently. Serves 8.
