RAISIN MUMBLES 
Filling:

3 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook until thickened and cool slightly.

Crumb Mixture:

3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda (baking)
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 3/4 c. flour

Mix butter with sugar; add dry ingredients, then oats. Pour half of mixture onto 9 by 13 greased pan. Spread filling over mixture. Pat on remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
