FISH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. fresh or frozen haddock, cod or bluefish 1 can frozen cream of shrimp soup, thawed 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 c. melted butter Place fish fillets in shallow greased baking dish. Pour soup over fish; mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
