JUST LIKE LOBSTER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. haddock
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
30 Ritz crackers, crushed

Place layer of fish in buttered 10x9 inch casserole. Mix soup, celery, onion, garlic, and pepper. Add 1/2 soup mixture. Add rest of fish and soup mixture. Bake 20 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees. Mix butter and crackers. Sprinkle over fish. Bake 10 minutes longer or until done.
