QUICK AND EASY CHOWDER 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. High Liner frozen fish fillet, cut in small chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. "Cup-a-Soup" clam chowder (using 1/2 of water)
1 soup can water
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1 can mixed vegetables (with potatoes)
1 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Sauté onion and celery in butter about 5 minutes. Place frozen fillets on top and simmer 10 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
