CHATTANOOGA BEAN SALAD 
1 #2 can kidney or red beans
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. oil

Combine beans (do not drain), celery, pickles, pimento, onion, tomato, salt and pepper. Mix vinegar and oil; stir thoroughly through the above. Serve on lettuce. Use remaining liquid as French dressing.
