PEACH PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 to 1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
6 med. peaches (fresh are best)

Combine and blend well the egg, flour, sugar, and melted butter. Pour this mixture over halves of canned or fresh peaches that have been placed cut side up in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 50 minutes longer. May be served warm or cold, plain or with ice cream or cream.
