CHILI SAUCE (CANNING) 
1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
24 onions, size of egg, finely chopped
12 sm. green peppers, finely chopped
4 c. brown sugar
4 c. vinegar
6 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. allspice
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tsp. paprika

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Cook until nearly done, then add spices. Put in pint jars and seal.
