BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter

Optional: Ice cream

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in egg and milk. Add sifted dry ingredients. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour in a 13x9 inch greased pan and top with a crumbled mixture of the topping. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
