BLUEBERRY BUCKLE COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Blend all ingredients except blueberries; beat well. Fold in berries. Pour into greased and floured 8 or 9 inch square pan.

TOPPING: Mix until crumbs form (add a little more flour if too rich). Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool. Enjoy!
