BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream or ice cream (vanilla)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange blueberries in ungreased square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2). Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, butter, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle on top.

Bake until topping is light brown and blueberries are hot (about 30 minutes). Serve warm with cream. To Microwave: Microwave uncovered 12 to 14 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
