MICROWAVE CARAMEL APPLES 
28 caramels
1 stick butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Apples, washed, stems removed

Combine ingredients. Microwave 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 1 minute more. Stir. Cook again for 1 minute. Stir. Cook in this manner 3-4 minutes until melted. Place a wooden stick in each apple and dip in sauce. Use circular motion. Place in buttered pan or on waxed paper. Cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
