CHICKEN SWEET AND HOT 
1 chicken, cut up

Put chicken in a baking dish and set aside.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. red currant jelly
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3 dashes of Tabasco

In a saucepan, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, currant jelly, Dijon mustard, orange juice, ground ginger, and Tabasco sauce. Heat, stirring until jelly is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Pour sauce over the chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Bake, covered, in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees. Baste frequently until chicken is dark brown. 6 servings.
