GRANDPA'S HOT CRANBERRY PUNCH 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 cans jellied cranberry sauce
3 c. water
2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
Cinnamon sticks
Real butter

In a large kettle, boil sugar, 1 cup water, salt and 4 spices. In a large bowl, mash cranberry sauce with a fork; add 3 cups water and beat with egg beater until smooth. Add the cranberry liquid and 3 juices to hot spicy syrup in kettle. Heat to boiling.

Pour into mugs; dot with butter; stir with cinnamon sticks. Sip by the fire on a cold winter night.
