PINEAPPLE JELLY 
3 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered fruit pectin
4 1/2 c. sugar

Combine juice and pectin in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add sugar and boil one minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Skim. Pour into hot sterile jars. Seal with wax.
