KIELBASI WITH MUSTARD SAUCE 
1/4 c. dry mustard
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
Kielbasi

Combine mustard and vinegar together in small jar. Let stand for 1 hour. Combine mustard mixture, sugar, salt and egg into saucepan. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring until slightly thickened and almost boiling.

Cool and stir in mayonnaise. Saute Kielbasi and slice on diagonal into 1/4 inch thick slices. Either pour sauce over top of Kielbasa and heat or use as a dip for Kielbasi.
