CHEESY ZUCCHINI BAKE 
6 sm. zucchini
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. buttered bread cubes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can Schiavoni tomato sauce
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice zucchini into butter. Layer on all of the onions and half the bread cubes and Parmesan cheese. Pour tomato sauce over layers, then top with remaining bread cubes and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until zucchini is fork tender.
