PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham cracker crust 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding Cool whip Mix peanut butter and sugar until it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle into pie crust; reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish. Pat remainder around the sides and bottom of crust. Prepare instant pudding for pie as directed on package; pour into shell. Top with cool whip and garnish. Refrigerate until serving time. |
