PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
1 c. powdered sugar 1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 c. milk 1/2 container Cool Whip 1 baked pie shell Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Spread 3/4 on bottom of pie shell. Mix pudding, milk and 2 teaspoons additional peanut butter. Pour over crumbs in pie shell. Refrigerate. When set, spread Cool Whip over pie and sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate until serving. |
