PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding

Blend flour, butter, and vanilla. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake t 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Cream together peanut butter and cream cheese. Add sugar. Beat 3 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Top with prepared chocolate pudding, then top with more Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts and chocolate chips if desired. Serves 12.
