2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla and nuts. Drop on wax paper. Let cool.
