CHICKEN BAKE 
6 oz. med. noodles
1/2 c. butter
3 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) chicken gravy
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded cheese, Cheddar or Colby

Cook noodles according to package, drain. Add 2 tablespoon butter and 1/2 cup milk to noodles. In saucepan, melt 6 tablespoons butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add 3 cups of milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in chicken, pimento and gravy. Add noodles. Spread in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake, covered 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs with 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter. Toss with cheese. Sprinkle mixture on top. Bake 10 more minutes. Can also use leftover turkey.
