CHICKEN ARROZ CALDO 
1 sm. chicken
1 c. rice
1 sq. inch fresh diced ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. patis
5 c. water
1 tsp. Accent
Casubha

Clean the chicken and cut into serving pieces. Partially cook the rice. Saute the garlic, onion, ginger, chicken and season with patis. Simmer until the chicken is done. Add the rice and the water to the sauteed ingredients and continue to cook until the rice is done. Add Accent and casubha. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
