BONNIE'S PIZZA DOUGH 
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 to 1 c. lukewarm water
2 tbsp. olive oil

Thoroughly stir flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to flour mixture. Stir again and add olive oil. Stir until the dough begins to form a ball in the bowl. Place the ball of dough on a lightly floured dough cloth and knead 8 to 10 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm, draft free place until doubled in size. Punch dough down and knead again. Allow dough to rise additional 20 minutes, roll out. Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees.
