BREAD PUDDING 
1 c. warm water
1 c. coffeemate
3 med. eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
4 lg. frozen peach slices
3 slices white bread

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Mix water, coffeemate, eggs, butter and vanilla; then mix in sugar and salt. Add peaches. Put in a greased casserole dish, 1 1/2 cups of mixture and sprinkle with raisins; then add bread (cut in 1 inch squares) toss lightly. Add remaining mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with sauce. Cook sauce in saucepan until mixture thickens. Pour over pudding.
