APRICOT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 jar jr. baby food (peach, apricot)
3 eggs
2 c. flour

Beat sugar, oil, eggs and apricots. Sift dry ingredients and stir in. Add nuts. Half batter and bake in coffee cans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes.
